This is the tartan of Her Majesty the Queen and the best known of all Scottish tartans. The blanket is a rich and vibrant red color, mixed with green, blue black, yellow, and white.
It is made of 70% recycled wool and 30% mixed fibres or material from old clothing and other products that would otherwise end up in landfills. Some wool blankets are scratchy and uncomfortable, but this is soft and cozy. It is a nice weight, not too heavy but still warm.
